Weekly Practice Sessions For INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION:

to bring together or incorporate (parts) into a whole.

We see the term integration used frequently in the collective and we wonder what it actually means for folks.

In times of rapid growth & transformation, how do we stay centered?

How do we move through and process life's big experiences well-resourced?

With these questions in mind, we felt it was crucial to host a weekly practice space for us to explore integration in a consistent rhythm.

Join us for weekly sessions to drop down and into the body where we will share the tools we study, teach, and practice daily.

For Integration, we utilize the simple & effective formula of:

-Calling on the support of plant allies

-Engaging in breath & movement practices

-Creating space for sharing & witnessing

These sessions are optimized to help us do three things:

1. Stay accountable to our human needs by building resiliency through the consistent use of tools.

2. Bring wisdom from life's experiences down and in to alchemize through the body. Leaning in, rather than away.

3. Create space to access that which is unchangeable within us.

Here's how the 90-minute sessions will look:

~Opening in meditation to bring in the support and wisdom from a chosen plant ally.

~Practices utilizing breath and movement to express emotion, clear stagnation, and build strength & resiliency.

~Ending with space for sharing and witnessing.

For each session you'll need:

-Water

-A Journal

-Space to move & a yoga mat

-A plant ally - ex: tulsi, chamomile, mugwort, etc. (optional)

We meet on Thursdays @ 4 pm PDT / 7 pm EDT via Zoom.

This offering runs weekly from 4-11-24 through 5-30-24.

After this, there will be continued opportunities to deepen our relationship to our practice and plant helpers together.

(If you can't make it live, you will receive the replay)

These sessions are less about learning new concepts for the mind and more about getting on the mat and practicing!

We can't wait to move and breathe with you.

Meet your guides:

Carrie Luna

Carrie Luna Collins is a lifelong student of Earth School with a passion for sharing the lessons she’s learned along the way. Her current areas of focus and continued study include Yoga, Somatic Therapies (dance being a favorite), plant medicines, hands-on healing, channeling, intuitive guidance, and the art of making peace with being human. Carrie finds great joy in helping others remember their true nature. She currently divides her time between Michigan and Colorado where she guides yoga teacher trainings, hosts healing retreats, and offers guidance in preparing for and integrating intentional work with plant medicines.

Lisa Marie

Lisa Marie serves as a Death Doula, Yoga Instructor, and Plant Medicine Guide, offering 1:1 support and group containers. She supports folks through transformation by leaning into the wisdom of earth rhythms, sacred plants, and our flesh. Lisa specializes in utilizing plant allies alongside somatic tools for regulation. These tools expand our capacity to be with our lives in the face of uncomfortable transitions. Through regulation and support, we can remember how to die before we die, while fully living.

"I use the tools I've learned from Carrie nearly every day and especially now due to the times we are going through. It has opened my eyes to the power I have & I am now awake."

-M.G.

“I have never met anyone like Lisa. She intuitively transformed my relationship to my body & plant medicine. I would recommend her work to anyone seeking an empowered connection to themselves.”

-R.R.

"I have been deeply moved by the awakening of opening my heart from working with Carrie. I am now a completely different person. I experience love all day long & I can't thank her enough."
